Big news! Great news! There will be one more team who are skillful at operating our FKT-1250CCD Automatic Collapsible Box Making Machine.

This is a set of machine who are preferred in the luxury box packaging factories, the application are mainly for the high end brands such as Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Hermès, Christian Dior,  L'Oréal, Givenchy, etc.

The collapsible rigid box is good at saving the shipping cost because it get flat once it is opened. Our machine is good at saving the labor because it’s automatic and precise operation can take place of at least 20 worker for the same productivity. We are happy that our machine is once more helping our customers and at the same time saving the world.

Thanks to our service team being a good and patient teacher, our engineers were teaching this machine step by step:  from introduction, to jogging, to trialing, and to running; and also from unit to unit: from cover feed, to gluing, to boards positioning, to wings positioning, to wrapping.

And also we are lucky to have 3 brilliant and experienced customer engineers, who are willing to learn, to think, to check, and to act! They worked as a close team on every details of the machine, exchange the ideas on the machine, the boxes, the process, and the operation.
